TWO ARRESTED FOR DRUG OFFENCES

  

Two people were arrested Wednesday, charged with drug offences.

Brenham Police report that late Wednesday night at 11:50, Officer Garrett Downs responded to the 2400 block of South Chappell Hill Street in reference to a suspicious person. Investigation revealed that Javonte Cyrus, 34 of College Station, was in possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana, and Bobbie Reed, 27 out of Brenham, was in possession of marijuana. Both subjects were placed in custody and transported to the Washington County Jail for booking.
