CUBETTE VOLLEYBALL OPENS SEASON THIS (MONDAY) AFTERNOON

The Brenham Cubette Volleyball Team opens their 2024 season later this (Monday) afternoon at Bryan High School.

The Cubettes will be taking part in a three team match with the Bryan Lady Vikings and the Waller Lady Bulldogs. Brenham is schedule to play Bryan at 3pm, followed by Waller afterwards.

The Cubettes begin their third season under Head Coach Megan Whalen.

Last season, Brenham finished 35-14 overall and second in district with a 12-2 record. They defeated Belton in the Bi-District Round, and Austin McCallum in the Area Round, before losing to Montgomery in the Region Quarterfinals.

After today's (Monday's) games, the Cubettes will be taking part in the Round Rock Westwood Tournament, which runs Thursday thru Saturday.

Their first home game is going to be Tuesday, August 20, against Columbus at 6pm.

The Cubette Volleyball Team will be on the Brenham Sportsline to discuss the new season next Monday, August 19, at 5:35pm.
