10 PEOPLE SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT

  

10 people plead guilty and were sentenced by Judge Carson Campbell in District Court this week.

Christopher Douglas Squier, 46 of Leander, Texas was sentenced to 320 days in State Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Juan DeJesus Taylor, 18 of Bleiblerville, was sentenced to 506 days in State Jail for 2 counts of Credit or Debit Card Abuse.  He was also ordered to pay $32 in restitution.

Ambrosia Natas Danu, 31 of Carson City, Nevada was sentenced to 6 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  She was also ordered to pay a $4000 fine, and perform 200 hours of community service.

Donald Oneal Armstead, 60 of Brenham, was sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, and perform 100 hours of community service.

Nikki Lee Spitzer, 33 of Somerville, was sentenced to 4 years’ probation for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Info of the Elderly.  She was also sentenced to 3 years’ probation for Forgery-Defraud or Harm of the Elderly. She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.

Rodney Jerome Wallace, 47 of Bellville, was sentenced to 4 years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.

Shyieem Diviine Brown, 24 of Killeen, was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.   She was also ordered to pay $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.

Danielle Jeanyne De La Pena, 26 of Killeen, was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  She was also ordered to pay $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.

Esteban Guevara, 44 of Houston, was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.

Matthew Proeung, 20 of Brenham, was sentenced to 2 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
