TWO PEOPLE ARRESTED WEDNESDAY ON ASSAULT CHARGES

Two people were arrested Wednesday in separate incidents.
Brenham Police report that Wednesday morning at 8:25, Officer Garrett Downs responded to the 200 block of Cornish Street. Investigation revealed that Kimberlyn Ladere, 52 of Brenham, assaulted another family member. Ladere was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail where she was booked in for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member.

Then Wednesday evening at 7:20, Sergeant Jose Perez responded to a walk-in at the Brenham Police Department. Investigation revealed that the victim was assaulted. Rojelio Flores, 36 out of Brenham was located and placed in custody for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member and for two active warrants out of Municipal Court.
