AUSTIN CO. FAIR YOUTH LIVESTOCK AUCTION FRIDAY
Today (Friday) is auction day at the 97th Annual Austin County Fair.
The youth livestock sale begins at 10 a.m. and will feature over 300 sale lots.
Elsewhere at the fair, the country store, carnival and rodeo will be in full swing. Tonight’s entertainment will include comedy hypnotist Michael Mezmer at 7 and 9 p.m., Austin Snell at 8 p.m. and Corey Kent at 10 p.m.
Today is also Tough Enough to Wear Pink Day at the fair, where $1 will be donated to the American Cancer Society for every person who receives a pink ribbon at the gates for wearing pink.
KTEX-106’s Ryan Stone will be at the fair this morning, followed by Eilish this afternoon and Courtney Cartwright introducing the bands tonight.
