BRENHAM HIGH SCHOOL TO CELEBRATE HOMECOMING FRIDAY

  

Brenham High School’s Homecoming ceremony is tonight (Friday). 

Twenty nominees are vying for honors, ten each for Homecoming King and Queen.  The winners will be crowned at halftime of tonight’s football game at Cub Stadium between the Brenham Cubs and the Waco Lions. 

Nominees for Homecoming Queen are Greenlee Abeja, Betzy Andrade, Kinley Antkowiak, Julie Baker, Yazmine Gaines, Daniella Guerrero, Claire Jackson, Avery Maurer, Kailyn Shugart and Ellie VanDyke.

The Homecoming King candidates are Rashiyd Anderson, Brett Campbell, Elijah Fergeson, Grady Gee, Cullen Halfmann, Jordan Harvey, Barrett Kohring, Alex Lawhorn, Austin Maurer and JaBreon Moore.

The winners of a judging contest for the best entries at Wednesday’s homecoming parade will also be announced at the game.

Kickoff is at 7 p.m., with 6:30 p.m. pregame on AM 1280, FM 101.7 and kwhi.com
