BLINN RALLIES TO BEAT TRINITY VALLEY 3-1 ON SOPHOMORES NIGHT
The Blinn Buccaneers rallied to come back and get a "Sophomores Night" win over Trinity Valley last (Tuesday) night at the Kruse Center.
Trinity Valley won the first set 25-21. Blinn then won the next three sets 25-23, 25-20, and 25-23.
With the victory, the Buccaneers are now 35-2 on the season, and 13-0 in conference. They have also upped their winning streak to 28 straight matches.
Prior to the match, the Bucs recognized their three outgoing sophomores Cierra Pesak, Kellen Dorotik, and Kirby Kliafas.
In addition to that, it was "Fan Appreciation Night." Those in attendance were treated to 25-cent hot dogs at the concession stand.
Next up, Blinn heads to Tyler on Thursday night for the regular season finale beginning at 6pm. After that, they will come back home to host the Region XIV Tournament November 8-10 at the Kruse Center.
