VFW POST MEMBERS AND AUXILIARY CLEAN UP “PLANE IN THE PARK”

Members of VFW Post #7104 and their Auxiliary recently cleaned up the F-111 “Plane in the Park” for the holiday season.
The plane has been on been on display across from the American Legion Hall on North Park Street since it was first dedicated in November 2018.
The F-111 was completely re-painted five years ago, but according to the VFW Post Commander Ben Seeker, due to things like the weather, birds, and wasps, it requires periodic maintenance.
