NAVASOTA STATE OF THE CITY ADDRESS TO BE DELIVERED NEXT WEEK

  

The public is invited to attend the annual Navasota State of the City Address next week.

The address is being held on Thursday, January 9, at the First Baptist Church of Navasota at 301 Church Street from 10am-1pm.

The event is being hosted by the City of Navasota, the Navasota/Grimes County Chamber of Commerce, and the Navasota Examiner newspaper.

Speakers will be talking about three main topics of discussion: Economic Growth, Infrastructure Development, and Workforce Development.

Local officials also are going to recap the past year, and discuss what to look forward to in the new year.

Tickets can be purchased on-line at www.navasotagrimeschamber.com at a cost of $20 each. The cost includes coffee and light breakfast options, and lunch will also be served.
