61ST ANNUAL CHAPPELL HILL BLUEBONNET FESTIVAL COMING SOON

  

Thousands of visitors are expected to converge on Washington County for the 61st Annual Chappell Hill Bluebonnet Festival.

The event is put on each year by the Chappell Hill Historical Society.

The Official State of Texas Bluebonnet Festival will be held on Saturday, April 12, from 9am-6pm, and Sunday, April 13, from 10am-5pm.

The festival will be held along Main Street and Providence Street with over 250 juried exhibitors that feature things like home décor, gardening, artists, craftsmen, jewelry, and clothing.

They are also going to have country style food, tours of the historic community, a kid’s court, and live music.

The musical entertainment begins on Saturday with Chicken Live at a Bar from 8:30-11am, Scott Geiger from 11:30-2pm, Suzanne’s Band from 2:30-4pm, and Cole Annot from 4:30-6:30pm.

Then on Sunday, they will have Front Porch from 9:30-11am, and Anastasia Kazyak from 11:30am-2:30pm.

There is no admission fee, but there is a $10 cash only parking fee. Parking will be located behind the Chappell Hill branch of Brenham National Bank and at the Chappell Hill Fire Station.

Proceeds from the Bluebonnet Festival go to benefit the preservation of the Chappell Hill Historical Museum and historic homes in the Chappell Hill area.
