WINNERS ANNOUNCED FOR SPRING EGGS ART WALK

  

Main Street Brenham has announced the winners of the 2025 Spring Eggs Art Walk.

Winner of Best in Show and the $200 grand prize sponsored by Kieke Egg Farm is “Touch of Dutch” by Daphne Powers.

Prizes of $125 were awarded in student and adult age divisions with four categories each: Most Creative, Most Votes, Judges’ Choice and Best Easter Theme.

Students –

• Most Creative: “Our Students are a Blast” by Brenham NEXT (prize sponsored by Doug Peck Studios)
• Most Votes: “Boot Scootin’ with Jesus” by Kailyn Neumann (prize sponsored by The Book Nook)
• Judges’ Choice: “Art of Eggspression” by Castle Rock Homeschool (prize sponsored by Scrubs ‘N Stuff Boutique)
• Best Easter Theme: “Hopping into Success” by BHS AVID (prize sponsored by Schleider Furniture)

Adults –

• Most Creative: “Art Deggo” by Cindy Spallone (prize sponsored by Visser Emporium)
• Most Votes: “Happy Easter from Ole Town Brenham” by Brenda Jones (prize sponsored by Hermann Furniture)
• Judges’ Choice: “Spring Flowers” by Amy Spallone (prize sponsored by Must Be Heaven)
• Best Easter Theme: “New Life” by New Life Sunday School (prize sponsored by Bank of Brenham)

Bidding on the eggs is still available through an online auction at https://downtownbrenham.com/springeggs.  The auction ends tonight (Monday) at 9 p.m.  Proceeds will be split between the egg artist and Main Street Brenham. 

Eggs should be picked up from downtown before April 21^st.  Winners will take pictures and receive their prize checks at Brenham City Hall between April 21-23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
