WASHINGTON CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 17
The Washington County Grand Jury met this week and returned 17 indictments. Only the names of those who have been arrested can be released:
27-year-old Tamara Lynne Foster of Brenham, indicted for two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
18-year-old Larissa Zalynn Ramirez of Hempstead, for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Firearm Access to a Child.
34-year-old Joshua Lee Daniels of Brenham, for Deadly Conduct – Discharge of a Firearm.
26-year-old Jamarcus Lamonte McGruder of Brenham, for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.
38-year-old Dillon Keith Foerster of Brenham, 21-year-old Nehemiah Miracle Garza of Pearland, 42-year-old Michael Darrin Harvey of Bryan, 39-year-old Craig Allen Marcum of Brenham, and 39-year-old Joe Samuel Martinez of Montgomery, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
The following person was previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and has since been arrested, so the name can now be released.
36-year-old Joe Kyle York of Brenham, for Continuous Violence Against the Family.
