BRENHAM MAN KILLED IN HEAD-ON CRASH FRIDAY
Brenham police are investigating after a fatal crash late Friday night.
Officers responded shortly after 11:45 p.m. after receiving notification of a head-on collision occurring in the 2500 block of Highway 290 West.
Details of how the accident occurred are limited, but one of the drivers involved in the incident was 28-year-old Michael Hochmeister of Brenham. According to police, Hochmeister succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
It is not known if anyone else was injured during the accident. Police say they cannot provide further information at this time, since it is an active investigation.
