ROAD CLOSURES DUE TO HIGH WATER IN WASHINGTON COUNTY
Several roads in Washington County are closed due to high water from Monday’s storms.
Below is a list of current road closures in the county:
- Old Plantation
- Meyersville Rd to FM 1155
- Old Navasota to Allen Rd
- Copeland Springs Rd to FM 1155
- Pecan Mill Ln to Indian Creek Ln
- Old Independence to Airport Rd
- Rehburg Rd
- Christian Cemetery
- Willie Hinze Rd
- Century Farms
- Beckerman Rd
- Peters Rd
Washington County Engineering and Development Services says crews will be checking roadways as the rain progresses. Any new closures will be added to the list. Roads will open back up as the water subsides and they become safe to travel.
