FUTURE LEGENDS YOUTH RODEO FINALS, PUBLIC SPEAKING CONTEST COMING TO WASHINGTON CO. FAIR
The Washington County Fair Association is rolling out two new youth events for the upcoming edition of the fair.
The new events are the Future Legends Youth Rodeo Finals and a public speaking contest.
The youth rodeo finals will take place on Friday, September 12th. The stand-alone event will celebrate young rodeo athletes in Washington County by awarding over 25 championship buckles and a variety of other prizes. Participants will qualify by meeting the minimum participation requirements through the Washington County 4-H Horse Club Youth Rodeo Summer Series.
The public speaking contest will be open to students in grades 7-12 who live in Washington County. The contest will provide a platform for young speakers to develop and showcase their public speaking skills.
