NEW ADDITIONS TO CUBETTES SOFTBALL COACHING STAFF
With several coaching changes in the Brenham Cubettes softball program, the team has made key additions to its staff ahead of the 2025-2026 season.
Returning to the program as a varsity assistant coach is Kelly Majewski Boeker, a former Cubette player and assistant coach.
Joining the junior varsity staff is Kramer Eschete, a former four-year starting centerfielder for the Cubettes from 2018 to 2021. Eschete continued her playing career at the University of Louisiana before transferring to Texas A&M, where she graduated with the Class of 2025. In addition to her JV softball duties, Eschete will also assist with the cross country program.
She will be joined on the JV staff by fellow former Cubette and college athlete Erin Jackson. Jackson, who played collegiately at Mary Hardin-Baylor, will also contribute to the Cubettes volleyball program.
Head Coach Katie Roberts expressed great optimism about the upcoming season, emphasizing the importance of adding coaches with deep ties to the program. She noted that having staff members who understand the tradition and pride of Cubette softball can have a lasting impact on the team’s culture.
Departing the program are Olivia Van Hook, who is heading to Oak Ridge; Ryan Campbell, who is joining the staff at Waller; and Austin Buck, who has accepted a position at Winnsboro.
