CITY OF BRENHAM TO BEGIN UTILITY POLE INSPECTIONS MONDAY
The City of Brenham Utilities Department will begin conducting annual utility pole inspections on Monday.
The city says it has contracted with Entrust to perform the inspections, which are a routine part of maintaining the city’s electric infrastructure. The inspection process should take approximately three weeks to complete.
Utility crews will start on the north side of Brenham along Gay Hill Street and Academy Street, working their way to Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway and the surrounding neighborhoods.
Residents are asked for patience as crews work in neighborhoods. Drivers are advised to use caution when traveling near work zones.
