BURLESON COUNTY FAIR PREVIEW
The Burleson County Fair kicks off eight days of activities starting this coming Saturday.
The Fair Parade through downtown Caldwell is scheduled to begin at 10am. Organizers ask that the entries be in place by 9am.
KTEX 106’s Courtney Cartwright will be broadcasting live from the parade in the KTEX Country Cruiser.
On Sunday, they will have the Burleson County Fair Queens Contest.
This year’s candidates are Kodi Hitchcock, representing the Deanville 4-H Club, Gabrielle Jackson, representing the Somerville 4-H Club, Dakota Kienow, representing the Frenstat 4-H Club, and Kylie Vogler, representing the Caldwell FFA and 4-H Goat Club.





Wednesday, September 24, is “Family Fun Night” with Free Admission after 5pm.
Musical entertainment starts with the Crossroads Band on Thursday, September 25, from 7:30-11:30pm.
That will be followed on Friday, September 26, with Hayden Haddock from 7-8pm, the Texas Unlimited Band from 8:30-10pm, and Braxton Keith from 10:30pm-midnight.
Then, on Saturday, September 27, the Crossroads Band will play from 6-8:15pm, followed by McBride & the Ride from 8:30-10pm, and T.G. Sheppard from 10:30-midnight.
