NATIONAL NIGHT OUT GATHERINGS PLANNED TUESDAY

  

National Night Out in Texas is tonight (Tuesday).

Block parties will be held across the area from 6 to 8:30 p.m., giving residents the chance to visit with their local first responders.  This year’s theme is “Sirens, Lights and Neon Nights”.

Some of Washington County’s organized gatherings will be taking place in Brenham at Blinn College at the Leroy Dreyer Baseball Field, the Jackson Street Park pickleball courts, Kruse Village, Silver Sage Assisted Living, Salem Lutheran Church, New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, Zion Lutheran Church of Zionsville, under the water tower in Chappell Hill, at the Texas Cotton Gin Museum in Burton, and at the stations of the Prairie Hill, Meyersville, Berlin and Latium Volunteer Fire Departments.

KWHI and KTEX-106 will be out and about at block parties throughout the evening.
