Twenty-three indictments were returned during this week’s session of the Washington County Grand Jury.  Only the names of those who have been arrested can be released:

31-year-old Damaris Isabel Sanchez-Escorcia of Brenham, indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

27-year-old Austin Dwayne Adair of Waller, for Theft of Copper Under $20,000 and Burglary of a Building.

39-year-old Timothy Dwayne Merriweather Jr. of Washington, for Injury to a Child and Assault Family Violence Impeding Breath/Circulation.

19-year-old Lucas Miceli of Brenham, for two cases of Theft of a Firearm.

30-year-old Matthew Isaac Garcia of Brenham, for Assault of a Family Member with Previous Conviction.

39-year-old Victor Jesus Madueno Guerrero of Brenham, for Assault Family Violence Impeding Breath/Circulation.

39-year-old Jesus Rodriguez-Pacheco of Brenham, for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger. 

19-year-old Adrian Zachary Delacruz of Pflugerville, 36-year-old Christopher Felix Frausto of New Braunfels, 17-year-old Madeleine Ann Holtkamp of Brenham, 33-year-old Sonny Allen Bo Marks of Sealy, 24-year-old Nicholas Dwayne Ray of Somerville, 29-year-old Luis Serna Rivera (address unknown), and 70-year-old Kenneth Lionel Roberts of Brenham, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
