7TH ANNUAL BRAZOS VALLEY GIVES DAY TUESDAY

The 7th Annual Brazos Valley Gives comes to a close today (Tuesday).

The public is encouraged to give back to nonprofit organizations that provide services to local and area communities.  Early giving has been underway since late September, and already hundreds of thousands of dollars have been contributed.

Donations can be made online at www.brazosvalleygives.org or in person at donation sites including the Rodney in Caldwell and Brookshire Brothers in Brenham, Navasota and College Station.

The Community Foundation of the Brazos Valley is looking to raise at least $1 million in the effort.  Over the past six years, over $6 million has been raised for Brazos Valley nonprofits.

All donations pass through directly to the donor’s charity or charities of choice.
