The board first approved an item from Heather and Arlen Thielemann, who are planning to remodel the building at 215 West Commerce Street from one office space into three separate lease spaces, including a personal office use and two separate medical office uses. The exterior renovation will put in a new stucco façade, new entrances and windows, new exterior lighting, new metal canopies over the entrances, and a mansard system with a crown cap.
