MANY HALLOWEEN EVENTS HAPPENING AROUND THE AREA

  

Halloween activities are taking place around the region today (Thursday) and tomorrow (Friday).

Here are some of the events set in Washington and surrounding counties:

THURSDAY

• La Grange will be hosting Trick or Treat on the Square from 4 to 6 p.m.
• Christ Lutheran Day School in Brenham will host a Fall-O-Ween Jesus Candy Walk from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

FRIDAY

• A “Trick or Treat” Blood Drive will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the KTI Training Center in Brenham.
• Silversage Assisted Living and Memory Care of Brenham will hold a Trunk or Treat from 4 to 6 p.m.
• High Hope Care Center will have a Trunk or Treat from 4 to 6 p.m. in the center’s parking lot.
• Wee Care For All Child Care Center in Brenham will have Trick or Trunk from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
• The Brenham Boo Bash, co-hosted by the City of Brenham and Boys and Girls Club of Washington County, will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the Boys and Girls Club.
• The Prairie Hill Volunteer Fire Department and local county officials, churches and families will host Fright Night at the school house on the Independence town square from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
• Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Industry will host a Trunk or Treat from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
• The Bellville Lions Club and Boys and Girls Club of Austin County will have a Halloween Block Party from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Concordia Hall.
• The Brenham Fire Department is partnering with Max Donuts and Shipley Donuts for a Halloween candy drive-thru in the Max Donuts parking lot from 6 to 8 p.m.
• Immanuel Lutheran Church of Giddings’ Trunk or Treat will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. in the church parking lot. 
• HSF Biergarten in Brenham will have its Halloween Party beginning at 8 p.m.

Don’t forget about KWHI’s on-the-radio Halloween Party tonight (Thursday), beginning at 7 p.m.  Spooky guest DJs will call families to give away all kinds of prizes.
