SEVEN SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT
Seven people pleaded guilty and were sentenced last week in 21st District Court before Judge Carson Campbell.
42-year-old Tiffany Lashae Rogers of Brenham, sentenced to 15 years in prison for two cases of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 4-200 Grams, a first degree felony.
43-year-old Ismael Pantaleon-Hernandez of Brenham, sentenced to 10 years in prison for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 200-400 Grams, a first degree felony, and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, 4-400 Grams, a second degree felony. Pantaleon-Hernandez was also sentenced to 217 days in state jail for Money Laundering $2,500 - $30,000, a state jail felony.
50-year-old Yolanda Newsome of Brenham, probation revoked and sentenced to 4 years in prison for Violation of a Bond or Protective Order with Two or More Previous Convictions, a third degree felony, and Assault of a Family Member with Previous Conviction, a third degree felony.
33-year-old Eduardo Hernandez of Brenham, sentenced to 2 years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, 1-4 Grams, a third degree felony.
58-year-old John Dellisal Johnson III or Brenham, sentenced to 6 years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, Less Than a Gram, a state jail felony enhanced to a second degree felony. Johnson must also pay a $500 fine, perform 100 hours of community service and complete a drug offender education program.
23-year-old Darick Eugene Henderson Jr. of Navasota, sentenced to 4 years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, 1-4 Grams, a third degree felony. Henderson was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, perform 100 hours of community service and complete a drug offender education program.
17-year-old Madeleine Ann Holtkamp of Brenham, sentenced to 8 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 1-4 Grams, a third degree felony. Holtkamp will also have to pay a $1,000 fine, perform 150 hours of community service, complete a drug offender education program and successfully complete an Odyssey House treatment program.
