NAVASOTA WOMAN KILLED IN MILLICAN CRASH
A Navasota woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday morning in Millican.
The crash occurred around 7:45 a.m. on Wellborn Road.
According to DPS, a Ford F-350 was traveling northbound, while a Nissan Sentra was driving southbound in the northbound lane. Both vehicles attempted to swerve into the southbound lane to avoid each other, and they ultimately collided.
The driver of the Nissan, 64-year-old Gloria De Duarte, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Ford was not injured.
