CUBETTE BASKETBALL DEFEATS MORTON RANCH FOR 4TH WIN IN A ROW

The good start for the Brenham Cubette Basketball Team continued on Saturday afternoon as they earned a 42-36 win over the 6A Morton Ranch Lady Mavericks at the Brenham High School Gym.

Freshman Aby Adams led Brenham in scoring with ten points. She also had three rebounds, six assists, and a steal.

Senior Antyiahna Lang finished with eight points, pulled down eight rebounds, and had a steal.

Sandra Prieto - 6 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist, and 4 steals

Carmen McWilliams - 5 points, 2 rebounds

Daliyah Richard - 4 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 steals

Janiyah Mathis - 3 points, 8 rebounds, and 1 assist

Ja'laya Pettus - 3 points, 1 rebound

Heikera Williams - 2 points, 1 rebound, and 1 steal

Oluwatomike Oruwa - 1 points, 1 assist

Amirah Byrd - 3 rebounds

Bri'Ashia Broaden - 2 assists, 1 steal

Next up, the Cubettes will host the Waller Lady Bulldogs tomorrow (Tuesday) night at 6:30pm at the Brenham High School Gym.
