CITY OF BRENHAM ISSUES $502,000 IN NOVEMBER BUILDING PERMITS

Seven permits were issued by the city for $502,500, the lowest monthly total so far this year.
The largest individual permit taken out in November was to KPR Custom Homes, LLC for $316,000 to build a new residence on Oak Crest Lane.
Two new residential permits were issued for $391,000, bringing the year’s total to 187 permits worth $33,506,475.
This month’s figures fall below what the city reported in November 2024, when it granted 18 permits for $1,664,623.
Through November, the city has issued 376 permits for $71,860,866. In comparison, through this time last year, 288 permits had been taken out for $45,330,417.
