BLUE BELL ICE CREAM EXPANDING TO CINCINNATI

  

Blue Bell Creameries is growing its distribution in the Buckeye State.

The company has announced it will build a 16,000-square-foot distribution facility in Lebanon, Ohio to service Cincinnati, Dayton and surrounding cities, starting in the spring of 2026.

Blue Bell Vice President of Sales and Marketing Carl Breed said Blue Bell is currently sold in a very small portion of Ohio, but soon the ice cream will be coming to even more stores across the state.  He said the company plans to offer its full lineup of products and will share more details once the official launch draws nearer.

While no ice cream products will be manufactured at the new site, it will include a cold storage room.  Blue Bell will start hiring early next year for route delivery drivers, shipping/warehouse personnel and office positions. 

Specific store locations have not been announced, but Blue Bell said its products will be available at most major supermarkets and drug stores across the Cincinnati area.

Blue Bell Ice Cream is sold in 24 states.
