BRENHAM MAN FACING 29 DRUG-RELATED CHARGES AFTER POLICE SEIZE NARCOTICS, WEAPONS
A Brenham man now faces a laundry list of drug charges stemming from his arrest on Tuesday, after Brenham police seized narcotics and firearms at a local residence.
Online records at the Washington County Jail show 58-year-old Dale Scott Boeker remains in custody on 29 charges totaling $1.33 million in bonds.
Members of the Brenham Police Crime Reduction Unit executed a narcotics-related search warrant at a home in the 3000 block of FM 389 as the result of an investigation into methamphetamine distribution. Inside, investigators reported finding a “substantial quantity” of methamphetamine, cocaine, various illegal prescription narcotic medications and 12 firearms.
Boeker was initially arrested on a warrant for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 4-200 Grams, but police said they intended to file additional charges upon further review and analysis of evidence.
Boeker’s charges now include:
- Four counts of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 4-200 Grams
- Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 1-4 Grams
- Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 3/4, 28-200 Grams
- Two counts of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 3/4, Less Than 28 Grams
- Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 4-200 Grams
- Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, 1-4 Grams
- Three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 3, Less Than 28 Grams
- Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 4, Less Than 28 Grams
- 14 counts of Possession of a Dangerous Drug
- Possession of Marijuana Under 2oz.
