SHERIFF’S OFFICE CONFIRMS MISSING AUSTIN COUNTY YOUTH HAS BEEN FOUND

  

The Austin County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that a teenager that had been missing for over two months has been located.

17-year-old Landen Maddox Ousley, who had been missing since November 5, was found safe and in good health on Thursday at a residence in Houston.

Sheriff Jack Brandes said that they appreciate the public’s concern, assistance, and shared efforts during this time.

Until Thursday, Ousley had been last seen on November 5 at about 3:30 p.m. at the Subway located at 800 West Main Street in Bellville.

The sheriff’s office said Ousley willingly got into an older-model silver Ford F-150.  It was not known at the time where the vehicle was headed.
