U.S. AIR FORCE BAND TO PERFORM AT BRENHAM HIGH SCHOOL MARCH 28
Brenham will soon play host to a performance by the prestigious United States Air Force Band and Singing Sergeants.
The free concert will take place on Saturday, March 28th at 3 p.m. at the Brenham High School Auditorium.
The U.S. Air Force Concert Band and Singing Sergeants are two of the six performing ensembles within the U.S. Air Force Band. Stationed in Washington, D.C., their music honors those who have served, inspires American citizens and connects with communities around the globe.
Brenham High School Band Director Eric Rettig said the concert will bring “one of the most outstanding band and choral groups in the world” to Brenham. Additionally, select Cub Band and Choir students will be able to perform and sing alongside the group.
Rettig said the band was impressed by the size of the high school auditorium when it came to visit, and that it likes to fill the halls it plays in.
