HUNTSVILLE SNAPS FIVE GAME WINNING STREAK FOR CUBETTE BASKETBALL

The Brenham Cubette Basketball Team saw their five-game winning streak come to end against the Huntsville Lady Hornets 61-43 last (Friday) night.

Individual stats have not yet been posted.

With the win, Huntsville (20-9, 8-2) stays one game ahead of College Station for the top spot in District 17-5A.

Despite the loss, the Cubettes (21-11, 5-4) remain tied with A&M Consolidated for fourth place.

Next up, Brenham will host A&M Consolidated on Tuesday at 6:30pm at the Brenham High School Gym. KWHI is going to have live coverage beginning with the pregame at 6:15pm on 1280AM, 101.7FM, and KWHI.com.
