SEVEN SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT
Seven people were sentenced this week after pleading guilty in 21st and 335th District Court, before Judge Carson Campbell.
31-year-old Darrion Martin of Brenham, sentenced to 4 years in prison for Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility, a third degree felony.
23-year-old Ja’Tavaious Montrel Harris-Franklin of Brenham, sentenced to three years in prison for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury a second degree felony, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, a second degree felony, and Deadly Conduct Discharge of a Firearm, a third degree felony.
22-year-old Jaydan Jodre Morgan of Houston, probation adjudicated and sentenced to 445 days in state jail for two cases of Theft of Property $2,500 - $30,000, both state jail felonies. Morgan was also ordered to pay a total of $4,675 in restitution.
21-year-old Ronaldinho Ghislain Dodih of Houston, sentenced to 5 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Robbery, a second degree felony. Dodih was also ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $50 crime stoppers fee, maintain no contact with the victim in the case and perform 150 hours of community service.
40-year-old Jacqueline Rohrick of Houston, sentenced to 4 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 4-200 Grams, a second degree felony. Rohrick must also pay a $2,000 fine and $50 crime stoppers fee, as well as perform 240 hours of community service.
29-year-old Diamond Deniese Aubrey of Houston, sentenced to 4 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, 1-4 Grams, a third degree felony. Aubrey will also have to pay a $500 fine and $50 crime stoppers fee, in addition to performing 100 hours of community service.
31-year-old Paul Bruce Ihlenfeldt of Caldwell, sentenced to 1 year of probation for Driving While Intoxicated 2nd, a Class A misdemeanor. Ihlenfeldt was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and $100 to the EMS Trauma Fund, spend three days in the Washington County Jail as a condition of probation, have an interlock device on his vehicle for one year, and perform 24 hours of community service.
