BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION WARRANT
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Brenham man was arrested by Brenham police on Thursday on a public intoxication warrant.
Approaching 8:15 p.m., Officer Gabriel Duran, Officer Navone Gurley and Corporal Grayson Marburger responded to the 200 block of Highway 290 East in reference to a disturbance.
Police determined that one of the involved parties had an active warrant out of Brenham Municipal Court for Public Intoxication.
33-year-old Jose Montes was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was booked in without incident.
