CITIZENS STATE BANK TO OPEN OFFICE IN BELLVILLE

  

Citizens State Bank (CSB) is expanding into Bellville.

The Somerville-based bank announced plans today (Friday) to open a new loan production/deposit production office at 25 North Bell Street, sharing space with Botts Title Company in downtown Bellville.

In its announcement, the bank said the office will provide services including new account consultations, documentation support, and assistance with consumer, mortgage and commercial lending. 

Traditional cash transactions will continue to be handled at CSB’s full-service branch locations in Somerville, Deanville, Caldwell, Snook, Brenham, Navasota and Burton.

CSB President and CEO Aaron Flencher said, “For over a century, we have remained locally owned and committed to serving our neighbors with personal service and local decision-making.  Expanding into Bellville and Austin County allows us to continue that mission and invest in communities that share our values of hard work, trust, and long-term partnerships.”

The bank plans to announce the official opening date and office hours soon.  It also said there is no affiliation with Citizens State Bank out of Sealy.
