TEXAS BIRTHDAY BASH ANNOUNCES NEW DATE
The Texas Birthday Bash has announced a new date for their concert event in Navasota.
The Bash was originally scheduled for Saturday, March 7, but ended up being postponed due to severe thunderstorms in the forecast.
On their Facebook page this (Friday) afternoon, it was announced that the Texas Birthday Bash will now be held on Sunday, April 19, from noon-8pm at August Horst Park in Navasota.
Organizers explained that the reason they moved it to Sunday was because due to existing artist commitments, scheduling the event for a Saturday was not possible for the foreseeable future.
They added that the change did allow them to retain four of the original artists that were scheduled, and add another great performer.
Mark Chesnutt and Bottomland will unfortunately not be able to attend. However, Neal McCoy, Jon Wolfe, Payton Howie, and Gannon Fremin and CCREV are still coming.
It was announcing that they are going to be joined in the entertainment lineup by Stoney LaRue.
In addition to the music, there will be food trucks, vendors, a kids’ zone, and a petting zoo.
Ticket holders and vendors should watch their e-mail for additional details about the new date and options available.
