Blue Bell’s newest flavor combines several classic desserts into one.
Brookie À La Mode Ice Cream is a brown sugar ice cream with chunks of brownies and soft chocolate chip cookie pieces.
Blue Bell Marketing Brand Manager Sara Schramm says by combining brownies, chocolate chip cookies and ice cream, it gives “the best of both, or all three worlds”.
Brookie À La Mode is available in half gallons and pints, but only for a limited time.
