BFD units were called back to that location at 1:30pm, and it was the same situation, a worker was cleaning and set the alarm off by accident. So, the alarm was re-set again.
Brenham FD members were dispatched to the intersection of West Main Street and Seward Street on Saturday just before 3:30pm for a transportation incident. A BFD unit arrived on the scene to find no injuries, and stayed until the vehicles were removed from the roadway.
A few minutes later, the Brenham Fire Department was dispatched to the 7800 block of Cedar Hill Road for a smoke investigation. BFD personnel discovered a control burn. The burn was contained, and so no action was taken.

On Sunday morning, shortly before 9:15am, BFD responded to the 2000 Block of Old Chappell Hill Rd for a reported rekindling on the mulch fire at the BVR Collection Station. Personnel were on the scene approximately four hours.
Just after 6:15pm, BFD units responded to the 1100 Block of Kerr Street for a gas leak. It was discovered that a valve in a house was cracked open causing it to leak. BFD Personnel shut the valve off and turned scene over to the City of Brenham Gas Department.
The Brenham Fire Department responded to another reported gas leak at 7:30pm in the 1000 Block of Barnhill Street. BFD found that a hose inside the house had been leaking. BFD shut the valve off and ventilated the residence. The Gas Department made location and scene was released to them.
