BRENHAM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT APPROVES VARIANCE REQUEST FOR CARPORT ADDITION

  

The Brenham Board of Adjustment on Monday unanimously approved a variance request from homeowners who plan to add to their property with a carport.

Stephen and Jeanette Forman are seeking to build an attached carport at their residence at 607 Alma Street, and they were looking to have a 5-foot south side yard setback instead of the standard 10 feet.

Board members approved the request as presented.  No comments were submitted from the public.
