DUSTIN MAJEWSKI TO THROW OUT FIRST PITCH AT MISSOURI-TEXAS GAME ON SATURDAY
Former Texas Longhorn Dustin Majewski is returning to his alma mater on Saturday (tomorrow).
Majewski is scheduled to throw out the first pitch at the Missouri-Texas game at Disch-Falk Field at 2pm. Dustin Majewski is a former Longhorn baseball player, who was part of the College World Series winning team in 2002 and a 2022 inductee into their Hall of Honor.
While at Texas, he earned many honors including being a two-time All American, a two-time MVP of the Big 12 Tournament and the NCAA Austin Regional, he made the College World Series All Tournament Team the year they won the National Championship in 2002, and was the MVP of the 2003 team that finished third in the nation.
He is a graduate of Brenham High School, where he played for the Cubs, and he also played for the Blinn Buccaneers as well.
The appearance by Majewski is part of the Tra-Disch-ion series, which recognizes former athletes for their impact on the field, in the community, and within the program.
