BURTON PANTHER BASEBALL TO RECEIVE EARLY MORNING SENDOFF ON THURSDAY
Prior to heading off to the State Championship Game on Thursday morning, the Burton community is planning a huge sendoff for the Panther Baseball Team.
Everyone is encouraged to line North Railroad Street in front of the Central Office up towards Highway 290 and the Burton Little League Fields at 7am on Thursday morning, and cheer for the Panthers as they head off to State.
The Burton Panthers are playing in their first baseball State Championship Game since 1987. They are schedule to face the Ropes Eagles at 12 noon at Dell Diamond in Round Rock.
KWHI will have live coverage beginning with pregame at 11:30am on 1280AM, 101.7FM, KWHI.com, and the KWHI app.
