FORUM TUESDAY FOR BURTON CITY COUNCIL CANDIDATES
The City of Burton will host a forum tonight (Tuesday) for the city council candidates in the June 13th runoff election.
The forum will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the White Horse Tavern in Burton.
All four candidates in the runoff, including Tommie Gilmon and Sheila Ripple for Position #2 and Macey Tidwell and Berneake Gantt for Position #5, are being invited to attend.
The runoff was ordered after the candidates tied in the May 2nd election.
Candidates will answer questions submitted by those in attendance and questions sent to mail@kwhi.com.
KWHI will broadcast the forum live on the alternate stream at kwhi.com and the mobile app.
