BRENHAM FD DISPATCHED FOR CRASH, FIRE ALARM, GAS ODOR
The Brenham Fire Department was called out three times between Wednesday and early this (Thursday) morning.
Shortly after 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a crash with entrapment in the 11700 block of Highway 36 South. However, they were cancelled enroute to the call.
Just before midnight, units went out to a home in the 600 block of Crockett Street for a fire alarm. The alarm was determined to be false.
Approaching 12:15 a.m. today, the department was dispatched for a gas odor at the Mill Creek Residence Hall, 1192 Old Mill Creek Road. Firefighters checked and found no gas odor, and they were released by the City of Brenham Gas Department.
