WASHINGTON COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE TO HOLD SENIOR COMMUNITY PARADE
The Washington County Chamber of Commerce is inviting the public to help them put smiles on the faces of local senior citizens.
The Chamber will be holding a 4th of July themed Senior Community Parade on Friday, June 26.
The parade is open to local businesses, first responders, churches, schools, civic groups, and community members.
Participants are invited to decorate your personal or company vehicle, wear your company spirit gear, and hand out plenty of smiles and waves.
Parade entries are asked to lineup in front of the Brenham Police Station at 1800 Longwood Drive at 9:30am. The Parade itself will start at 10am.
The Parade will first make its way to Silver Sage Assisted Living, then to Brenham Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, High Hope Care Center, the Margaret E. Blizzard Senior Center, Kruse Village, and Argent Court Assisted Living.
