A SURE THING TO CLOSE OUT ‘HOT NIGHTS, COOL TUNES’ SATURDAY

  

Downtown Brenham’s summer concert series wraps up this weekend with a bit of everything.

A Sure Thing, based out of Houston, performs a varied playlist of songs from top 40 hits, rock, pop, country, R&B and Latin hits.  They will take the stage tomorrow (Saturday) night at 7 p.m. in the Commerce Street parking lot.

The Stray Katz Car Club will have many classic vehicles on display along Commerce Street.  Food and drinks will be served by vendors and local businesses.

There will also be a Summer Showcase from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in Alamo Alley with music by Trey Lemley, along with free Blue Bell Ice Cream. 

The concert is sponsored by Dahmann & Associates, Budweiser – Mike Hopkins Distributing, Woodson Lumber Company and Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative.  BIG - Stop and Go Potties has donated portable restrooms for all three weeks of the concert series.
