BRENHAM PD ARRESTS PEARLAND MAN FOR MARIJUANA POSSESSION
A Pearland man was arrested by Brenham police on Thursday for marijuana possession.
At 6:45 p.m., Officer Evan O’Grady conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of Highway 290 East for a vehicle traveling with no front license plate.
Police say the driver, 20-year-old James Capps, was found to be in possession of a usable amount of marijuana.
Capps was transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was booked in for Possession of Marijuana Under 2oz.
