CUBETTE VOLLEYBALL WINS MARBLE FALLS TOURNAMENT FOR THE SECOND STRAIGHT YEAR
The Brenham Cubette Volleyball Team took the home the championship from the Hill Country Showcase in Marble Falls for the second straight year.
Brenham won both of their matches on Saturday to win the tournament.
The Cubettes beat Fredericksburg 2-1. Fredericksburg won the first set 25-20, but then Brenham came back to win the next two sets 25-16 and 25-13.
They would then finish off the weekend with a 2-0 sweep over Marble Falls 25-15 and 25-13.
Next up, the Cubettes will be at Manor tomorrow (Tuesday) at 6:30pm. Manor is Coach Marlow's former school.
