CUB FOOTBALL MOVES UP TO #6 IN THE LATEST POLL

The Brenham Cub Football Team continued their climb this week in the latest Dave Campbell Texas High School Football poll.

Brenham has moved into the #6 spot in the poll after last week's 58-7 win over Richmond Tomas, which improved their record to 3-0 on the season.

They are taking the spot formally occupied by this week's opponent, the Port Neches-Groves Indians. PNG lost to Fort Bend Crawford 28-23 this past week, which dropped their record to 1-2 on the season.

The loss dropped the Indians out of the top 10.

Brenham and PNG will face off this Friday night at Cub Stadium. The kickoff is scheduled for 7pm. KWHI will have live coverage beginning with the pregame at 6:30pm on 1280AM, 101.7FM, and KWHI.com.
