WASHINGTON CO. STUDENT TRAVEL ASSOCIATION HOSTING MEETINGS FOR TRIPS TO JAPAN, SCANDINAVIA

  

The Washington County Student Travel Association is hosting informational sessions next week to provide details about upcoming travel opportunities to Japan and Scandinavia.

A meeting on a 10-day trip to Japan in the summer of 2028 will be held on Tuesday starting at 6:15 p.m. in the Brenham Junior High School cafeteria.  The trip will kick off in historic Kyoto, making its way through the Japanese countryside to Tokyo.

Another meeting, covering a 9-day trip to Scandinavia in the summer of 2029, will take place on Thursday beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Brenham Middle School library.  The trip is built around the capital cities of Oslo, Norway; Copenhagen, Denmark; and Stockholm, Sweden.  

The Washington County Student Travel Association was co-founded by Brenham ISD educators Will Corn and Ben Lewis, with the goal of supporting independent student travel opportunities for local students and their families. 

All trips are independently led in cooperation with EF Tours.
