LEANDER MAN ARRESTED FOR POSESSION OF MARIJUANA

  

A Leander man was arrested in Brenham Monday night for possession of marijuana.  Brenham Police report that at 11:20pm, Officer Eddie Martinez and Sgt. Seth Klehm approached a suspicious vehicle in the 1000 block of S. Day St. The officers made contact with two subjects inside the vehicle. After investigation, a probable cause search was conducted and drug paraphernalia and marijuana was located inside of the vehicle. Christopher Jaremee Sumpter, 18, of Leander was placed in custody for Possession of Marijuana.
